"Positivity doesn’t come from pretending everything is great. It comes from..."
If I can be so blunt: your mind is a tool, not a dictator. But if you don’t take control, it will run wild and call it “reality.” Most people don’t have a thinking problem—they have a believing everything they think problem.
You don’t need to silence your thoughts. You need to challenge them. When your brain says, “This is going to fail,” your job isn’t to panic—it’s to ask, “Says who?” That tiny gap between thought and belief? That’s where your power lives.
Positivity comes from refusing to let your mind drag you somewhere you didn’t choose to go. You redirect. Again and again. It’s repetitive. It’s annoying. And it works.

Have a great day, and stay positive.
