You don’t “just feel negative.” That’s the first lie to kill. Your thoughts are patterned, rehearsed, and repeated so often they feel automatic. But they’re not—you built them. Every complaint you replay, every worst-case scenario you entertain, every quiet “I’m not enough”… that’s practice. And like anything practiced long enough, it becomes your default setting.
Here’s the uncomfortable truth: if you don’t interrupt that loop, nothing changes. Not your mood. Not your life. Not your relationships. Positivity is npt something you stumble into—it’s something you decide to train. And right now, whether you like it or not, you’ve been training negativity.
So today, don’t try to “be positive.” That’s fake and fragile. Instead, notice. Catch the thoughts. Name them. “That’s fear.” “That’s comparison.” “That’s me assuming the worst.” Awareness is step one, because you can’t change what you pretend isn’t there.
